At first glance, this phone looks much like a Blackberry. However, if you look closer, you will notice some differences. And if you look closer, you will actually find that this is a Motorola phone! Yes, Motorola. This phone is the Motorola Q11. This phone is called the Motorola Q11. As I said a moment ago, the phone has a design similar to a Blackberry. However, the buttons are slightly smaller and the edges are more curved. The phone is smaller than a typical Blackberry. It measures 117 x 64 x 12mm and weighs 115g. Comes in black, which makes the Q11 look great! This phone does not look good in any color, believe me. The phone comes with a full QWERTY keyboard for those who are used to write PC keyboard. The buttons, though small, are well spaced to avoid accidental activation. However, if you are a heavy texter, pressing the small buttons can hurt your thumb after a while.

The P11 comes with a 240 x 320 pixels. The screen is capable of a mere 65k colors. I am really disappointed with this screen. This is because, being a user of a phone for a long time, I immediately noticed how boring watching the screen. The image is dull and colorless. The display has a backlight that is bright enough for night vision. During the day, the low reflectivity ensures that sunlight does not bother you while watching the screen.

This phone has Internet functions quite unusual. You have options for GPRS and EDGE. As I say, there was no 3G connection available with the Q11. Instead, the P11 is capable of WiFi connections. I suggest not using the conventional mobile Internet connections and use the WiFi connection whenever possible. The WiFi connection will not only be faster than a conventional mobile Internet connection, but will also be free (hint: use at Starbucks). The built in pocket i.e. browser is good, but sometimes fails. Get a third party browser. To transfer data, you can use Bluetooth or USB. Bluetooth connection speed is fast but the USB connection speed is significantly slower than other phones. The phone also features GPS.

The Q11 runs on Windows Mobile operating system. Comes with a Freescale ARM 7 LTE processor and RAM 64MBs. This ensures that applications and software running smoothly on this phone. The phone supports MP3, AAC, WAV, WMA, and MP4, 3GP, WMV and H.264 files in the media. The audio and video playback is excellent. Sounds come in clear and video motion is smooth. The built-in camera is a camera of 3.15 megapixels. This camera also comes with an LED flash. I would not recommend using the flash, because even if this results in red eyes. The image quality is generally good. To store data, you can use a MicroSD card to 16GB. Using the Card will not affect the stability of the phone.

This phone is surprisingly cheap. It costs just under $ U.S. 190. I do not know why it’s so cheap, but it’s a steal. You really might consider this phone.
